Where do you deliver?

Purchases made via this website can be delivered to mainland UK locations only. If you would like to purchase something and are not based in mainland UK, do contact us for a quote.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

Delivery is charged according to the amount of furniture you order and the delivery address.

England
Orders over £300.00 are delivered for free. Orders under £300.00 are £25.00.

Scotland
Orders over £1,000.00 are delivered for free. Orders under £1,000.00 are £75.00.

Wales
Orders over £1,000.00 are delivered for free. Orders under £1,000.00 are £75.00.

How long will it be before you deliver my order?

Timescales vary depending on the delivery address and some products take longer to arrive at our warehouse than others. So do check the delivery time for each product.

As a general rule, orders are delivered within five weeks to England, a further one week to Wales and a further two weeks to Scotland.

If you are local to our warehouse in Kent, we are often able to deliver sooner. And, if you wish, you can collect your order from us.
